平行交错布置型钢辊式矫直机结构参数研究

摘    要:研究了平行交错布置型钢辊式矫直机结构参数。由于型钢的品种多,规格范围大,一台矫直机需要对多个品种的型钢进行矫直。型钢矫直机通常采用悬臂式,更换辊套的方式对各种型钢进行矫直。所以确定型钢矫直机的结构参数非常重要,结构参数直接决定了矫直机的结构形式、几何尺寸以及矫直能力。但是由于型钢品种多,计算量大,不利于得到准确辊距辊径参数。本文提出用不同的型钢品种确定其结构参数,并与实践数据进行比较,得到很好的吻合,具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:The structure parameter calculations are studied on section straightener with parallel upper roll and below roll which they are arranged interleaving.As the section steel's specifications are various and its ranges are wide,a section straightener device needs to straighten various specifications.It is very important to determine the proper structure parameters of section straightener because these parameters specify the section straightener's type,size and device capacity.To achieve the accurate value of roller intervals and roller diameter is very difficult because of a great deal of cornputation and wide specification types.It is proposed a solution to above problem,namely applying different specifications to calculate above parameters,compared with practical device's parameter, calculation solution approximately equal to practical value.The study of the parameter calculations has practice significance.
