| 摘 要： | 在引入复杂巨系统理论的基础上，提出了企业是一个复杂巨系统的观点．在此基础上，在生态系统演化的动力模型中引入了竞争与合作两个因素，使企业系统演化模型同实际更符合．通过动力学的模型分析，在讨论不动点稳定的基础上，讨论企业战略选择结构的稳定性，从而论证了战略联盟这种组织形式存在的可能性，并分析了联盟这一组织形式存在的条件，进而说明了企业的自组织形成联盟的机理．

| Abstract: | The view that an enterprise was a giant complex system was discussed based on the theory of complex. The two factors -competition and cooperation-were introduced in the dynamic model of the ecosystem making the model in accordance with the practice of the evolution of enterprise system. The stability of the structures of enterprise strategies selection was discussed based on the analysis of kinetic model and the stability of the immobility point. The probability that the organization of strategic alliance could exist was demonstrated. The conditions of the existence of strategic alliance were discussed. The mechanism for forming self-organization strategic alliance was explained. |
