控制技能

教育本身就是一种控制现象。师生之间的教育人际互动过程中的控制，存在于教育过程中人际活动的始终，是教育人际互动系统在控制的作用下，改变其运动状态以达到教育人际互动目的的特定过程。教师在与学生的正式与非正式的人际交往中，出于教育教学上的目的，往往需要对学生的认知过程、情绪情感过程、意志行为过程等进行有效的控制，强化符合目标的行为，矫正背离目标的行为，使学生的思想认识、情绪情感、活动行为最大可能地、不断地被置于积极有效的教育影响之下，使学生的行为更具有合理性，以符合各种社会规范。

Controlling Skill

Education is itself a phenomenon of control. A proper control of teacher student interaction exists from the beginning to the end of teaching, and is a particular process in which the educational interactive system is brought under certain control so as to cause changes in the movement of the system and at tain the desired educational goal. In formal or informal contact with the students, for the purpose of education and teaching, the teacher often has to bring under effective control the students' cognitive process, modal and emotional process, and willpower and behavioural process, have the desired behavior reinforced, and have the undesired behavior corrected so that the students' thinking, mood, emotion and behavior may be most possibly and continuously exposed to the positive and effective influence, their behaviour may be more reasonable and in keeping with social norms.
