| 摘 要： | 试验因素对于振动模态试验有着很大的影响,文章以汽车变速器箱体为试验载体,在不同的约束条件下做振动模态试验,得到不同约束条件下的模态参数,深入分析了不同约束条件对于试验结果的影响;通过对比,分析了约束条件对于试验结果影响的原因,并对有效减少由于不用的约束条件引起的误差提出了不同的解决方法,为其他振动模态试验起到借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | Different experiment factors have very great influence on vibration modal tests. Taking the automobile gearbox as an example, we can make some vibration modal tests and get the modal parameters under different constraint conditions. Then we analyse the influence of the different constraint conditions on the experiments in depth. In the end, we can analyze causes of the influence that constraint conditions exert on the vibration modal tests through a contrast, and get different methods on how to reduce the errors effectively. Other vibration modal tests can draw lessons from the tests. |
