交互协调对工业生产系统安全观念形成的影响

在分析工业生产安全观念交互适应过程的基础上, 以海洋石油平台为例, 把海洋石油平台上的维修、生产、安全监督等类型的人员作为主体, 考察主体间安全观念的交互和协调过程, 依据安全观念与系统整体需求的适应度大小来判断协调的成功与否, 观念协调回报达到一定值后, 监督会根据实现安全数量不断增加的实际情况, 从参与协调的观念中克隆一个相关联的新观念加入到主体列表中, 体现了安全需求实现过程中随机因素的影响. 采用SWARM2.1.1软件, 模拟安全观念的交互协调过程, 实证结果表明:观念网络化是工业生产系统内安全观念最优的组织形式, 主体的观念交互协调是工业生产系统安全控制的保障.

Impact of the safety subject coordination on the industrial safety control
