辐照金刚石的电子顺磁共振

摘    要:对不同类型的金刚石辐照前后的电子顺磁共振波谱进行了研究.结果表明,人工辐照能使不同类型的金刚石产生类似的具顺磁性的中心(电子-空穴心),但在相同辐照条件下辐照金刚石时,其顺磁中心浓度并不一致,该浓度与金刚石中杂质氮类型和含量以及金刚石的质量有关.该研究为金刚石辐照改色条件的控制指明了方向.

Abstract:According to the IR spectra of natural diamonds from Hunan Province of China,EPR spectra of various types of 11 diamonds,before/after they were irradiated,have been studied.It has been indicated by the result of measurement that various types of irradiated natural diamonds have similar spin centre,but have different concentration of EPR centres though they have been irradiated under the same condition.The concentration of spin centres of these diamonds is related to the content and type of nitrogen impurity in diamonds,as well as the mass of diamonds.these results give the direction for the controlling of irradiation dosage of color improved diaminds.
