产业转移政策研究述评

阐述了国内外的产业转移政策,指出国内的产业转移政策属于招商引资政策的重要方面;国外产业转移政策分为产业政策和地方政策,在产业政策上倾向于选择高新技术产业,在地区政策上对落后地区实行税收优惠.但无论国内还是国外的产业转移政策都有一些共性:都强调关注落后地区,实现区域经济的协调发展.
