摘    要:用试验方法研究了入口含尘浓度对PV型旋风分离器性能的影响规律。基于对旋风分离器内气、固两相运动的相似分析,综合考虑结构参数、操作条件,特别是入口含尘浓度对旋风分离器粒级效率的影响,提出了一套包括这些影响因素在内的较为完善的计算分离效率的方法,可满足工业应用的需要。此方法与以往分离效率计算方法相比,其计算精度更高,并具有较好的通用性。

Abstract:The effect of the inlet solid loading on the separation performance, especially on the grade efficiency, of the PV type cyclone separator is experimentally studied. The overall seperation efficiency and grade efficiency can be raised with the increase of inlet solid loading. The expressions, relating to the grade efficiencies to the inlet solid loading, operating conditions and other critical structural parameters, are developed on the basis of the similitude analysis of the motion of gas and solid particles in cyclone separators. These expressions are high in accuracy and wide in application.
