| 摘 要： | 尝试从经济规制理论的角度对我国高校后勤社会化进行系统研究，对其实践中的难题进行分析．并借鉴发达市场经济国家规制改革的经验和我国其他行业规制改革的教训，提出我国后勤行业规制改革的建议，运用最新的规制经济理论的基本原理对高校后勤产业规制改革、规制创新以及实施方式进行探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to carry on systematic research about the regulation reform of college logistic industry in terms of economic structure theory,and analyze the difficulty in practice.Referring to the experience of the developed market economy nations and the lessons from other industries' regulation reforms,the author puts forward the suggestion of the regulation reform of logistic industry.And using the basic principle of the latest regulation economic theory,we contemplate the regulation reform,the regulation innovation and the mode of execution. |
