摘    要:根据生物质高挥发分、低固定碳的特点,基于沸腾气化与高温气体燃烧技术,设计了一种新型的生物质沸腾气化燃烧系统.该系统由炉体、布风板及高温气体燃烧器组成.生物质在炉体内沸腾气化,产生的高温燃气直接燃烧,生物质中的固定碳在系统内部燃烧,为生物质热解气化提供能量;高温燃气通过专用燃烧器燃烧,产生高温火焰.对影响系统运行的主要因素(空气当量比、生物质含水率、二次空气量)进行了试验研究,为系统的优化设计及稳定运行提供数据支撑.

Abstract:According to the character of biomass such as high volatile matter and low fixed carbon,a new kind of biomass fluidized-bed gasification and combustion system was designed on the basis of fluidized-bed gasification and high-temperature gas combustion technology.It consisted of furnace body,grid plate and high-temperature gas burner.Biomass was gasified in this system and the gas generated was burnt directly.Fixed carbon of the biomass combusted in the furnace body,providing energy for biomass gasification.High-temperature gas combusted in the special burner,generating thermal-flame.Main factors influencing the running of this system such as air equivalence ratio,moisture ratio,and secondary air amount were studied in this article,providing evidence for the optimization of the system and its stable running.
