大型立式电机有限元结构仿真分析

摘    要:基于Solid Edge建立了某型号大功率电机的实体模型,在MSC.PATRAN环境下,建立了相应的有限元模型,调用MSC.NASTRAN对有限元模型进行了仿真,通过对电机整机的运动学分析、模态分析和静力学分析,得到了电机两端轴承的受力状态以及应力、应变、位移等参数值.根据仿真结果,进行了电机的强度和刚度的校核.结果表明:现有电机的结构基本满足设计要求,同时给出了电机结构的优化方案,为同类产品的开发和改进提供了参考.

Abstract:The solid model and virtual prototype model are built with Solid Edge system.Then by using MSC.NASTRAN FEM analysis system,the FEM models are built,and the dynamic & kinematics properties of the whole vertical motor,and its natural modes are simulated.The analysis of natural mode,stress,strain and displacement are completed.Based on FEM simulation,the mechanics capabilities are proved.The effect of the fixed junction with the foundation of the motor on vibration is also discussed.The result shows that the rigidity and strength of the motor can meet the design requirement.Finally,an optimized structure is given and analyzed.The study is valuable for the development and design of the same type of vertical motor.
