| 摘 要： | 采用金相法，电子探针及气相色谱分析的方法，对承德钢厂生产的２０管坯和荒管（包括２００个夹杂及气体试样）中的非金属夹杂物及氧、氮含量作出了定量的分析与研究。进而提出了改进冶炼操作和脱氧工艺的措施。为减少冶金缺陷、净化钢水、提高产品全格率，提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis and research are carried out by metallographic technique,electron probe and gas chromatography on the non metallic matter,oxygen and nitrogen in the 20 tubular billet and crude tube (including 200 samples containing inclusions and gases) producde in the works.Then measures are proposed to improve melting operation and deoxidation technique.The reliable basis is furnished to decrease metallurgical defects,clean motten steel,and increase the qualified percentage of product. |
