高速电机多层套装组合截面轴系临界转速的计算

摘    要:提出了一种计算方法,解决了具有多层套装复杂转子轴系的电机临界转速的计算问题。首先,在考虑了剪力、弯矩、均布电磁力和陀螺力矩后,建立了轴段的运动偏微分方程,构造了四个特殊函数(这四个函数是克雷洛夫函数的推广),给出了通解的一般形式;其次,给出了一般结构的联结条件,求得了递推公式;最后,应用得到的计算公式对某型高速电机多层套装组合圆截面轴系的临界转速进行了计算,并对所得结果进行了分析,所得结论对电机设计及制造人员有一定的帮助和指导作用。

Abstract:A new method was given in this paper to calculate the critical speed of complicated rotor with many layer sleeves.At first,the partial differential equation was set up under the action of shear force,bending moment,uniform distributed electromagnetic force and top moment to construct four special functions (the four functions were popularized of KELALOF functions) and obtain the complete solution.Second,the joined condition of two neighbor parts of rotor was given and obtained in the recurrence formula.At last,critical speed was calculated of a high speed electrical machinery with two Layer sleeves and the results were analyzed.
