纳米改性聚氨酯硬泡的制备

摘    要:以不同有机蒙脱土(OMM T)为原料制备了聚醚多元醇(POP)插层蒙脱土(MM T).XRD(X射线粉末衍射)测试表明,聚醚多元醇插层进入了MM T层间,扩大了层间距.用不同比例POP-MM T与多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAP I)、聚醚多元醇和扩链剂、交联剂及其它助剂反应,合成了含不同比例POP-MM T的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPU F).压缩强度试验表明,POP-MM T/RPU F纳米复合材料的压缩性能有所提高.

Abstract:Polyether polyol-modified montmorilonites(POP-MMT) were prepared by using different organo-montmorilonites(OMMT).The WXRD results indicate that the oligomer polyether polyols have intercalated into the inter layers of the organo-montmorilonites,enlarging the basal spacing of the modified clays.Rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF) nanocomposites were synthesized by reaction of different ratio of POP-MMT with polymethylidyne polyphenyl polyisocyanate,polyether polyols,chain extender,crosslinking agent and accessory ingredients.The results of compressive strength test show that the compressive strength of the nanocomposites to a certain extent comparing to the virgin polymers.
