高层建筑附着升降脚手架风洞实验研究

摘    要:提出了脚手架的阻力系数概念,并通过风洞静气动测力实验获得了高层建筑附着升脚架的阻力系数。经过理论证明,该阻力系数与风载体型系数在理论意义上是一致的。在风洞实验中,针对脚手架的挡风情况和附着建筑结构的开洞情况对缩尺模型考虑了260种工况组合。根据实验结果分析,得出量纲为1的气动力系数,进而得到了脚手架的阻力系数。文中根据脚手架的挡风情况及附着施工结构体的结构形式绘制了附着升降脚手架阻力系数建议图表。文中还分析了影响附着升降脚手架阻力系数的诸多因素,并依此提出了对脚手架架体进行结构优化的建议。

Abstract:Self-climbing scaffold is widely used in construction of tall buildings.However,wind load acting on the scaffold may be much greater than its dead load and becomes the dominant load as it climbs over 150 m in height.Shape coefficient of wind loading is one of the important factors for calculation of wind load.Here,the concept of drag coefficient is brought forward and it proves to be identical with shape coefficient of wind loading,which is generally obtained through measuring wind pressure on the surface of a structure.In this paper,drag coefficient of the scaffold is obtained by wind tunnel test.According to actual conditions of scaffold in practice and types of building structures,260 cases of combinations for reduced scale model are taken into account in the test.The measured data are studied and the scaffold's drag coefficient is got from five groups of non-dimensional coefficients.Some parameters concerned are studied for application of the drag coefficient.Finally suggestion is made on structural optimization for this kind of scaffold.
