| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度代表了大学图书馆服务模式的发展方向,能够较好适应高校科研工作者的个性化、广泛性、时效性及与教学活动结合性的信息需求特征。高校图书馆可以通过建立学科馆员制度、强化科研服务意识、使用合理的服务模式及提升学科馆员自身素质等手段为高校科研工作提供有效支持。

| Abstract: | The subject librarian system represents the development orientation of the service pattern of university libraries.It fairly well meets the needs of today's university library work which has such features as scientific research workers having individual characters,scientific research work covering a wide range,having effectiveness limit and having close relation with learning and teaching.University libraries can provide effective support for university scientific research work through establishing subject librarian system,accentuating the sense of serving scientific research,using rational service patterns,and improving the qualities of the subject librarians. |
