| 摘 要： | 我国需要大幅度提高自主创新能力,因而就要鼓励企业走创新之路,使之成为自主创新型企业。自主创新型企业的创新能力提高依赖于人力资本的积极性。自主创新型企业所拥有的人力资本可以进行分类,基于不同类型人力资本的特点采取有针对性的激励策略,能够大大提高各类型人力资本的积极性,使其发挥协同作用,提高企业的创新能力.

| Abstract: | 【Abstract】 To greatly improve self-innovation capabilities in our country,enterprises are encouraged to develop an innovation road and become innovative enterprises.The improvement of self-innovation capabilities of enterprises relies on enthusiasm of human capitals.This paper,considering that human capitals of self-innovation enterprises can be classified,discusses the effective incentive tactics based on the characteristics of different human capitals in self-innovation enterprises,hoping to increaseenthusiasm of different humancapitals and to improve innovation c, apal）ilities of enterprises through cooperation. |
