| Abstract: | Objective： Study the career decision-making self-efficacy situation of college students in Fuzhou. Method： Choose 300 college students in Fuzhou, use Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale for University Students revised by Long Li-rong based on CDMSE. Result ： The level of their career decision-making self-efficacy is affected by sex, and in general, boys are higher than girls ; It is also affected by grade ; The total scale score shows that freshman is the highest, sophomore second, junior is the lowest and senior students are in the middle. |
