| 摘 要： | 在大学本科已逐步由精英教育变为大众化教育的大趋势下，作为传统学科的政治学与行政学专业如何培养应用型人才，是一个值得思考的问题。政治学与行政学专业应用型本科人才除了具有扎实的专业理论知识．更要有很强的实践能力。作者根据我校作为地方性本科院校的实际，从优化课程结构、改革教学方法、加强实践环节等方面提出了改革的基本思路。

| Abstract: | In the situation of the change of undergraduate education from elite education to popularization education, how to train applied talents in the traditional politics and administration majors becomes a problem worth thinking. The applied undergraduate talents of politics and administration majors should not only have a good grasp of professional theoretical knowledge, but also have strong practical ability. According to the actuality of Changchun University, the author gives the basic idea from optimizing curriculum structure, reforming teaching methods and strengthening practice teaching. |
