| 摘 要： | 通过概括人大回应机制的内容,阐述人大公民回应机制的理论依据,分析其障碍因素,探讨了人大作为立法机关回应公民建议这一个重要的现实问题。从而,为我国进一步完善人大公民回应机制指明了方向,有效地推动了我国民主政治发展。

| Abstract: | This paper,through summarizing the contents of the NPC response mechanism,explains the theoretical basis,analyzes the obstructive factors and discusses the important practical issues that legislature works as a mechanism to respond citizen proposals,which points out the direction for citizens to improve the mechanism and promotes the development of democratic politics effectively in China. |
