| 摘 要： | 高校班主任是高校管理系统不可或缺的一部分，班主任作为学校最基层组织（班级）的管理者，在大学生成长、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。在调查研究的基础上，结合实际工作经验，通过对当前我国高校班主任制度发展概况的分析，指出了当前形势下教育对象的新特点，班级管理过程中出现的新问题、新情况，班主任制度存在的问题，并相应提出了进一步完善高校班主任制度的对策。

| Abstract: | College class tutor system is an indispensable part in university management. Class tutors, as administrators of the most grassroots organization （class） in colleges, play important roles in students＇ growth and development. On the basis of investigation and study, combining with actual work experiences, the paper points out the new features of students, the new problems and new＇ situation in the process of class management and the problems existing in class tutor system through the analysis of current development situation of our country＇s college class tutor system in the new situation, and proposes countermeasures to further perfect college class tutor system. |
