| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展、民主进程的推进,人民的权利意识日益觉醒,其参政议政的热情日益高涨,但现实生活中却存在着种种制约公众参与度提高的因素,本文试着从公众参与度不高的原因分析入手,在介绍其必要性之后提出一些改进意见,以期能对现实中存在的问题有所帮助。

| Abstract: | With the development of society and the advancement of democracy,people’s right consciousness is increasingly awakened day by day.Their enthusiasm of participating politics also rises.But there are many restrictive factors of public participation in real life.This paper,starting from analyzing the reasons,brings some suggestions for improvement after introducing the necessity of public participation,hoping to give help fpr solving the problems existing in real life. |
