公元5世纪，中国文化传到日本列岛，开始了中日在各个方面的相互交流。其中，两国间饮食文化的交流便是其中一个重要方面。日本的饮食，在两千多年来与中国的相互交流的过程中，不断学习对方的先进成果弥补自己的不足，同时根据自己的需求进行相应的改造．从而使日本的饮食文化得到了极大的丰富和提升。这一引进和改造发展的过程同时也是日本文化形成过程的一个缩影。通过对中日饮食关系的探讨和分析，可以发现日本的饮食正如日本文化一般充满了极大的混杂性。“混杂”一词，不仅反映了日本饮食的特征，也概括了日本文化的特征。

A Probe into the Feature of Japanese Culture through Catering Focus on the Relation between Japanese and Chinese Catering Culture
