立式茎秆还田机切碎性能影响因素的研究

摘    要:利用设计的模拟田间作业的立轴式玉米茎秆还田装置实验台,研究了行进速度、刀盘转速、喂入位置、玉米茎秆直径等因素对切碎效果的影响.研究结果表明:该立轴式玉米茎秆还田机在所需的拖拉机的行进速度为0.6~0.8m/s、动刀盘的转速为1550~1600r/min、茎秆的喂入位置靠近定刀部位时的切碎效果较好.

Abstract:The effects of experiment factors such as the speed of tractor,the rotational speed of the cutter head,feeding positions and the diameter of corn stalk on the comminution effectiveness were investigated through the designed chopper equipment with vertical shafts.The results show that the comminution effectiveness will be better with the speed of tractor being 0.6~0.8m/s,the rotational speed of the cutter head being 1 550~1 600r/min and the feeding position being close to the bed knife.
