东坡煤矿大采高综采设备安装新工艺的研究与实践

针对大采高综采系统设备结构复杂、部件多、尺寸长、重量大、安装困难等特点和东坡煤矿的实际,重点介绍了运输设备提升能力验算、绞车的安装和调试、巷道及开切眼的加宽加高、起吊锚杆和锚索的施工等准备工作,提出了合理的设备安装工序,对工作面支架、采煤机、运输机、转载机等设备及机巷胶带输送机和开关车安装的具体要求进行了详细的论述,并分析、总结了综合效益。

Research and Practice of New Installation Techniques of Fully-mechanized Equipment with Large Mining Height in Dongpo Coal Mine

In view of the complex structure,many components,long size,big weight,installation difficulties and other characteristics of fully-mechanized system equipment with large mining height and the realities of Dongpo coal mine,this paper focuses on introducing hoisting capacity checking computations of the transportation equipment,installing and commissioning of the winch,heightening and widening of the gateway and the open-off cut,construction of lifting rock bolting and anchor support and other preparatory work.Putting forward the reasonable equipment installation process.The installation requirements of the workface supporter,coal shearer,coal conveyor,stage loader and other equipment,coal belt conveyor and switch trolley are discussed in detail,analysising and summarizing the overall efficiency.
