| Abstract: | Aerobics is the more extensive options class in public physical education in Colleges,On the practical experience of many years of teaching Collegiate Aerobics,analysis of teaching status and problems in it,come up with teaching content,methods and recommendations of teaching aerobics to improve the quality of teaching aerobics. |
