为解决手机界面设计的可用性与视觉性间的矛盾,提高APP产品的认同度和满意度,从情感化设计的本能层、行为层、反思层3个层次的特点和关系出发,分析不同层次的情感对用户使用APP产品的影响和作用;在列举APP界面设计案例,说明不同层次的情感化设计激发用户与APP产品情感互动的机理上,总结归纳情感化设计在APP界面设计运用中的方法与原则。

The Application of Emotional Design in the APP Interface of Mobile Phone

In order to solve the contradiction between the usability and visual design of mobile phone interface design and improve the recognition and satisfaction of APP products, starting from the characteristics and relations for the three levels of emotional design such as instinct layer, behavior layer and reflective layer, this paper analyzes the influence and effect of different levels of emotion on the use of APP products. In enumerating the design cases of the APP interface and illustrating the mechanism by which the emotional design at different levels stimulates the emotional interaction between the user and the APP product, the methods and principles of emotional design in the application of APP interface design are summarized.
