| Abstract: | An simple and effective method to prepare the high titer of bacteriophage suspensions was introduced. By the way, the yield and titer of bacteriophage suspensions obtained by means of the improved or traditional method had been compared. Results showed that the improved method was the best one,not only effective, but also simple and convenient. |
