| 摘 要： | 通过对宁强县碘盐加工厂碘盐的全年抽样检测和居民碘盐的存贮方式及烹饪方式的调查，发现贫困山区居民对正确使用碘盐方式和方法了解掌握不够，当地的碘盐加工质量还有待进一步提高。通过分析论证，提出了合理化建议。

| Abstract: | An investigation was made on iodine salt annual random sample test of Ningqiang county Iodine Salt Proessing Factory and iodine salt storage and cook style of inhabitant. It is found that the inhabitants in poor mountain area do not have the knowldge of how to use iodine salt correctly, and that the quality of Iodine Salt processing have to be improved. Through analysis and discussion some reasonable suggestion have been given. |
