| 摘 要： | 针对工厂中对低成本高效率自动化的迫切需要，本文以工程中常用的铝合金型材切割为对象，介绍了铝合金型材自动切断机的设计思想以及在控制系统中采用可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）实现自动柔性控制的应用经验，该设备已经用于大庆石油管理局建设材料公司的生产实践，实际运行结果证明，该设备取代传统的手工电锯切割，不仅成本低廉，生产效率高，而且降低了工人的劳动强度，具有很好的应用推广价值。

| Abstract: | As regarding to the urgent need of industrial automation with low cost and high efficiency, the main idea of designing the auto-cutting machine of aluminum alloy sheet and the application of programmable logical computer(PLC) in its controlling unit are introduced in this paper with the cutting of aluminum alloy sheet as object. The equipment has been put into production in Construction Material Company of Daqing Petroleum Management Bureau. The running results shows that using this machine, instead of the conventional manual cutting, not only benefits the cheap cost and high production efficiency, but also decrease the labor strength.
