Distributed Control of Small Plate Vulcanization Shop Rubber Plant

A distributed control system is presented. It is composed of some single-chip processors Intel 8098 and a computer IBM PC-286. Using this system, the production con- trol and managemeat of small plate vulcanizaton shop in the rubber plant can be completed. Rubber products are conducted by equivalent vulcanization control in the process control. The supervisive computer can schedule production conveniently, alter the type of vulcanized product directly and supervise the operating process of 38 vulcanization machine effectively. It can display and print out work reports in shift, day, month and year conveniently. It provides convenient and effective tools for practical production, quality management and planned management, This system has already put into work and achieved better results.
