摘    要:本文以某型飞机5A06铝合金焊接模拟件的原始焊接接头和一次补焊接头为研究对象,通过拉伸试验、疲劳试验,研究了补焊对铝合金焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:补焊对接头拉伸性能没有明显的影响,但是会明显降低焊接接头的中值疲劳强度。

Abstract:The welded joint and repairing welded joint of 5A02 aluminum alloy used in certain aircraft are analyzed in this article. The effects of repairing welding on the mechanical properties of welded joints were studied by tensile test and fatigue test, respectively. The results show that the repairing welding does not have an obvious effect on tensile strength of welded joints. However, it may degrade the median fatigue strength of the welded joints significantly.
