新型缓蚀剂在化工设备安全方面实验研究与应用

摘    要:针对化工生产过程中化工设备腐蚀现象严重,直接威胁到化工设备的安全问题,开发新型缓蚀剂Anti-C。通过动态失重实验对比传统缓蚀剂与Anti-C缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,发现Anti-C缓蚀剂能够使腐蚀速率降低66%。实验对比发现,Anti-C缓蚀的最佳使用浓度为150 mg/L,随着温度和压力的上升,Anti-C缓蚀剂的效果逐渐变差,但是变差的趋势变缓。实际应用中,Anti-C缓蚀化工设备效果明显,能够有效保护化工设备安全。

Abstract:Develop the new corrosion inhibitor Anti-C for the serious corrosion phenomenon in chemical equipment during chemical production process and its threat to the equipment safety. Through mental corrosion test, it shows that Anti-C could decrease the corrosion rate by 66%. It could be included that the best concentration of Anti-C is 150mg/L and the effectiveness of Anti-C decreases by the temperature and pressure decrease. Application of Anti-C in chemical production process is very good. It could ensure the safety of chemical equipment.
