摘    要:在进行Ti6Al4V高锁螺栓疲劳实验的基础上,使用扫描电镜(SEM)对Ti6Al4V高锁螺栓疲劳断口形貌进行疲劳源区、裂纹扩展区和瞬断区形貌的观察,分析高锁螺栓疲劳断口形貌形成的原因,为其结构疲劳安全设计提供科学依据,为今后Ti6Al4V高锁螺栓的国产化提供参考。

Study on the Fatigue Fracture of Hi-Lock pins in Ti6Al4V Titanium Alloy

Abstract:On the basis of the fatigue test of Hi-Lock Pins inTi6Al4V itanium alloy,the fatigue fracture of Hi-Lock Pins in titanium alloy was analyzed.The fatigue fracture fractography of cracks origins zone and cracks process zone and quickly failure zone in the course of crack propagation were observed by virtue of the Scanning-electron-microscope(SEM),and the shaping reasons of the fatigue fracture fractography was analyzed in order to afford the scientific accordance for safety design and reliability analysis of a structural member in the fatigue.
