构建德育目标的依据及其原则

德育目标的构建必须有全面、系统的依据作为参照方能使其趋于科学。这些依据应该包括思想的指导、现实的制约及个体的发展现状三个方面，即思想依据、现实依据、个体发展依据。虽然构建德育目标的原则可以根据不同的思想观念、时代现实、个性特征等加以不同的规定，但从理论上讲。以下五个方面应是德育目标在制定过程中需要遵守的基本原则：前瞻性与现实性相统一的原则、先进性与广泛性相统一的原则、层次性与整体性相统一的原则、共性与个性相统一的原则、继承性与创新性相统一的原则。

Bases and principles for constructing moral education goals

The construction of moral education goals must have comprehensive and systematic bases so as to be more scientific.This paper thinks the bases should be the ones for ideology,reality and individual development,and that the basic principles should be as follows:the unity of farsightedness and reality;the unity of advancedness and broadness;the unity of gradation and entirety;the unity of generality and individuality;the unity of inheritance and innovation.
