大学生职业生涯规划现状的调查分析

采用自编“大学生职业生涯规划调查问卷”对当前大学生职业生涯规划的现状进行了测量,发现我国大学生职业生涯规划现状呈现如下特点:总体状况表现为就业信心不足、对职业的认识不够清晰;男女大学生在“就业信心”、“自我认识”上存在显著的性别差异;城镇、非城镇大学生在“职业认识”上存在显著的地域差异。

Investigation into the status quo of college students''''career planning

Bu use of investigation questionnaire of college students' career planning,the author investigated the status quo of college students' career planning at present and found that the college students' career planning was characterized as follows: generally speaking,they lack confidence in employment and have no clear idea of occupation;boy students and girl students are different in employment confidence and self-consciousness;the college students from cities and towns and those from countryside are different in occupation consciousness.
