吴忠金积工业园区土地集约利用水平及潜力研究

对吴忠金积工业园区的基本情况进行了调查,选择了园区土地集约利用评价的指标体系,通过特尔婓、因素成对比较和层次分析3种方法的对比,确定了指标的权重值,运用多因素综合评价法,对园区的土地利用集约程度进行了评价,并计算了潜力值.结果显示,园区的土地集约度综合分值为67.54,扩展潜力和强度潜力分别为36.34和25.32 hm2,土地集约利用的水平较低,今后应从加强土地供应率、提高土地利用强度和效益等方面加大挖潜力度.

Research on the Level and the Potential of Land Intensive Utilization of Jinji Industry Zone in Wuzhong

The status quo of land utilization of Jinji industry zone in Wuzhong was investigated, and the index system of evaluation to land intensive utilization also chosen and the weight of index was confirmed with three methods, and finally the level of the land intensive utilization was appraised using the general evaluation method, and its potential value was given. The result showed that the land intensive utilization degree of Jinji industry zone is 67.54, the expansion potential and the intensity potential are 36.34 and 25.32 hm~2 respectively. The level of the land intensive utilizood is relatively low. The potential should be discovered by increasing the ratio of the land supply, enhancing land utilization intensity and benefit.
