摘    要:我们以前的工作曾发现:电刺激家兔下丘脑视上核区域,动物痛阈有明显的升高。电刺激乳头体部位,痛阈也稍有升高,但这种变化没有显著性。损毁家兔视上核区域,电针“合谷”的镇痛效应明显降低。损毁其他动物的视上核区域,用其他的测痛方法和其他的穴位,是否有相似的结果?为了进一步澄清这些问题,本实验用钾离子透入测痛法,损毁大白鼠的视上核和乳头复合体两个区域,观察对电针“足三里”的镇痛效应的影响。


EFFECT OF CAUTERIZATION OF SUPRAOPTIC NUCLEUS AREA AND THE MAMMILLARY COMPLEX OF THE RATS ON ANALGESIC EFFECT OF ELECTRIC NEEDLING OF ZUSANLI

Abstract:Cauterization of the supraoptic area of the rats would significantly abate the analgesic effect induced by needling zusanli. But cauterization of the mammilary complex of the rats had no significant effect on analgesic effect of needling zusanli. In control animals (with inserted electrodes but without cauterization), the analgesic effect of needling zusanli was greater than in normal animals. It shows that cauterization of the supraoptic area of the rats will influence the analgesic effect of needling zusanli. The reason why the analgesic effect of needling zusanli in control experiments is greater than that of in normal animals needs further studies.
