| Abstract: | In comparision with the social - economic benefits and the landscape effect, water culture and water environment are often ignored in many city water projects. As a large constructive project, Kaifeng Water Project should include the cultural and environmental factors. In this article the authors not only point out some problems in Kaifeng Water Project, its value and bow to preserve the water environment, but also offer some advice about planning and design of the new riverway. |
