摘    要:安全生产是我国一项基本国策 ,做好安全生产工作是保障国民经济持续、快速、健康发展和社会稳定的基本条件 按国际劳工组织的方法计算 ,国内火灾事故每年造成的直接和间接经济损失达 80 0~ 2 0 0 0亿元人民币 特别是最近一段时期 ,重特大恶性伤亡事故连续发生 ,引起了广大群众的不满和国内外的广泛关注 ,严重影响了社会的安定和经济的健康发展 火灾危险评价技术是预防和控制火灾事故的重要内容 首先对国内外在火灾危险评价指数法、理论模型、动态分类法以及火灾危险评价软件的主要进展和研究热点进行评析 ,然后对火灾危险评价的几个主要特点和发展趋势进行概述 ,最后对国内研究过程出现的问题进行了分析 参 46

Abstract:As safety production is one of the national policies of China, to do it best is one of the basic conditions for China economy developing continuously, fast and healthily. Direct and indirect economy loss of fire accidents in China is up to 80-20 billion RMB Yuan each year according to the computations proposed International Labor Organization. In particular, people of both China and other countries pay tight attention to the fact that major fire accidents happened frequently recently. Furthermore these fire accidents impact the social stability and the healthy economy developing of China. Fire risk assessment is the important content of fire prevention and control. First, we reviewed major developments and researching focus of fire hazard index assessment, theory models, dynamic classification and software package for fire risk analysis in this paper. Then main characteristics and development trends of fire risk assessment were summarized. Finally, some up-to-date point problems and further developments of fire risk assessment in China were be analyzed.46refs.
