| 摘 要： | 公共技术采购在国外已经成为了一项成熟的促进国家技术创新的有效政策工具,我国也已意识到了其重要性,并正在积极展开实践。提出了政府在公共技术采购中所扮演的两类重要角色,即最终使用者和推动者,并对其进行了分析和比较,最后针对我国政府在公共技术采购中的角色提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Public technology procurement has become a mature policy tool to promote technology innovation in foreign country.Our country has realized the importance of it,and is eager to make use of it to promote innovation.The article puts forwards two important roles acted by government in public technology procurement,that is final user and coordinator,and contrast them.Finally,it brings forward some advice on the role that our government should act. |
