大学生新员工情绪管理能力的调查研究

摘    要:开展大学生新员工情绪管理能力的研究,能够充分了解大学生新员工的职业心理状态和需求,帮助分析大学生新员工离职因素,有利于企业人力资源的管理和企业的稳定,有利于大学生职业生涯规划的实施,有利于缓解当前大学生的就业难题。该文从大学生新员工自身情绪管理能力的3个维度出发,研究他们情绪管理的现状,进行数据分析,并从高校、企业、大学生三个角度提出解决办法。

Abstract:To carry out the study of the emotional management ability of new university-graduate staff, are able to understand the psychological status and needs of new university-graduate staff career to help the new employees of the analysis of college students leaving the factors conducive to the stability of corporate human resources management and business, career planning Implemented, will help alleviate the employ- ment problems of the current college students. This paper tries to proceed from the three dimensions of the new university-graduate staff of their own emotional management ability to study the status of their emo- tional management, data analysis, and propose solutions from three angles of the colleges and universities, businesses, students.
