| 摘 要： | 职业院校大学生在求职时体现出来的人文素质令人担忧,要想通过求职这一关,职业生需要重点从三个方面来加强自己的人文素质。当然,职业生在求职时,用人单位在评价该生的人文素质高低还会从其他方面来考查,但是把握好这三点,会在求职时减少障碍、走好社会人生的第一步。

| Abstract: | The humanistic qualities that vocational college students show while seeking jobs are not satisfactory enough and they have to strengthen them from three perspectives if they want to succeed in getting jobs.Undoubtedly,employers would evaluate vocational college students＇ humanistic qualities using other criteria.However,these three aspects will help reduce their barrier and ensure their first safe step into social life. |
