电机控制系统综合实验平台的设计

摘    要:为提高自动化学科相关专业实验课程的综合性,设计了电机控制系统综合实验平台。该平台基于DSP微处理器实现控制器的开发,图形化人机界面便于学生进行参数配置以及系统状态变量的监测。基于该综合实验平台,学生不仅能够完成电机控制的基本验证实验,还能进行转速信号处理,实现转矩、转速模式实验及其他控制算法等综合设计实验。培养了学生的动手能力与创新能力。

Abstract:Aiming at improving the integration of experiment courses related to the subject of automation,an integrated experimental platform for motor control system is designed.The development of controller is based on DSP,and students could configure the parameters and monitor the state variables by the graphical human-computer interface.Based on this platform,students could not only carry out the basic verifying experiments of motor control,but also design many integrated experiments,such as the processing of velocity signal,torque mode and speed mode experiments,other control algorithm experiments,and so on.The hands-on skill and creativity are cultivated.
