摘    要:实验教学是培养学生理论联系实际、分析与解决问题能力的重要教学环节。因此,实验教学改革必须贯彻充分发挥教师和学生积极性的原则,而柔性教学管理是一种以人为本的教学管理模式,对人的智力活动,尤其是创造性活动具有特别的意义。在基础化学实验教学中引入柔性管理,是实验教学管理更深层次的探索。

Abstract:Experiment teaching is an important aspect which trains students' abilities in the integration of theory with practice,analysis and problem-solving.Therefore,experimental teaching reform must develop full teachers and students' activity.While flexible teaching management is a people-oriented teaching management,which has special significance to human intellectual activity,especially in the creative activity.It is a deeper exploration if flexible management is introduced in basic chemistry experimental teaching.
