摘    要:建立单引风机布置、负压运行、自吸风式的燃气试验炉,对4种不同燃料熄火工况(快速切断燃料、延时断燃料、快速切断燃料同时关小进气阀门开度、同时快速切断燃料和风机电源)下的锅炉压力特性进行试验研究.研究结果表明:快速切断燃料后,炉膛在0.3 s内产生最大负压,系统中炉膛负压波动幅度最大,引风机入口负压波动最小;切断燃料所用的时间越长,炉膛产生的负压越小;切断燃料的同时,进气量减少加大炉膛产生的最大负压值;同时切断燃料和风机电源后,风机对炉膛吸力在熄火瞬间不变,炉膛产生的最大负压不会因为风机断电而减小.

Abstract:A boiler which runs with negative pressure,burns gas fuel and is equipped with an induced draft fan,is build to study the characteristic of pressure.Tests were performed under four conditions(fast tripping fuel,ramp tripping fuel;closing the valve of air inlet as fast tripping fuel,and tripping the induced draft(ID) fan as fast tripping fuel).The results show: after fast tripping fuel,maximum negative pressure is created in 0.3 s,and the biggest pressure changes take place in furnace in whole system;the longer the time used to shut off the fuel,the smaller the maximum negative pressure;while tripping the power of induced draft fan as the fuel is shutting off,the fan is still sucking the system,the maximum pressure created in furnace is not decreased because of tripping the ID fan.
