摘    要:基于可靠性原理,确定了现役钢闸门结构构件最低可靠度设置标准.采用类比的方法确定了现役钢闸门结构可靠度评估时荷载的统计参数,建立了钢闸门结构构件抗力的衰减模型.在此基础上,提出了基于可靠度理论的现役钢闸门结构剩余寿命预测算法,并以受弯构件为例,对其剩余寿命进行了预测.结果表明,提出的方法在预测闸门构件剩余寿命时是有效的.

Abstract:According to the principles of reliability, minimal reliability criterion was determined to predict the remaining life of structural members of the existing hydraulic steel gate structures. An analogical method was used to determine statistical parameters of loads for the existing hydraulic steel gate structures. The model of resistance decaying was founded. A method of the remaining life prediction was proposed on the basis of reliability theory. Furthermore, a steel gate structural member subjected to bending moment was investigated to illustrate the proposed method. The results indicate that the proposed method is effective in predicting the service lifetime of structural members for the existing hydraulic steel gate structures.
