平顶高斯光束通过硬边光阑复杂光学成像系统的近似传输公式

摘    要:采用将硬边光阑窗口函数展开为有限个复高斯函数之和的方法和矩阵分解的技巧,推导出了平顶高斯光束通过含有一个和两个硬边光阑复杂光学成像系统的近似传输公式,并利用近似传输公式研究了其传输特性.

Abstract:By using the methods of matrix decomposition and expansion of the hard-edged aperture function into finite complex Gaussian functions, the approximate transmission equations of complicated optical imaging systems with a flat Gaussian beam through one or two hard-edged apertures are derived. In addition, the transmission characters are studied by using the approximate transmission equations.
