| 摘 要： | 新一代网络是可以在电信网、计算机网和有线电视网3种互联互通的网络上提供语音、数据、视频的新一代网络,NGN时代的到来也就成为电信网络发展中的一座重要里程碑。本文概述了新一代网络(NGN)技术的情况,介绍了NGN的概念及其演进过程中的关键技术;探讨、预测了NGN下一阶段对软件开发平台发展的影响,最后指出了新一代网络条件下软件开发平台的特点和发展趋势。
