| 摘 要： | 阐述了开展图书馆志愿者服务的意义,分析了高校图书馆志愿者的特点,以武汉科技大学图书馆为例,提出了推动图书馆志愿者服务可持续发展的建议,包括建立规范的志愿者招募程序和培训制度、完善志愿者管理、建立切实有效的激励机制等。
